Welcome to Bonded (Package Name: com.bonded.app). By downloading, accessing, or using the Bonded mobile application or website, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirement & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to download and use Bonded. Account creation requires mobile phone number authentication via single-use One-Time Passcodes (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone number current and for securing access to your mobile device.
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy
Bonded is designed to facilitate intentional, healthy, and non-toxic communication during relationship separation. You agree NOT to use Bonded to:
- Harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, or intimidate your partner or any other person.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, manipulative, or toxic content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or compromise backend security infrastructure.
- Exploit the service for commercial spam, automated bots, or data scraping.
3. User Content & Shared Workspace Rights
You retain full copyright and ownership rights over all original reflection answers, mood entries, and sealed love letters you create inside Bonded. By submitting content through the app, you grant Bonded a limited, non-exclusive license to format, store, transmit, and display that content solely to you and your linked partner as part of the core app experience.
4. Important AI Companion Disclaimer
Bonded uses Google Gemini API to generate companion reactions, love scores, and daily insights. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- Bonded AI responses are designed solely for self-reflection and emotional companion support.
- Bonded AI is NOT a certified mental health service, licensed therapist, medical professional, or crisis intervention service.
- If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, mental health crisis, or safety concerns, please contact licensed medical professionals or local emergency helplines immediately.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All app source code, brand logos, visual design assets, graphics, and proprietary features associated with com.bonded.app are the exclusive property of Bonded and Vriksha AI. You may not duplicate, copy, or redistribute any portion without prior written authorization.
6. Permanent Account Deletion
You have the absolute right to terminate your account and delete all associated data at any time. Account deletion can be initiated inside the app (Profile Settings → Delete Account) or via web request by emailing support@vriksha.ai.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Bonded is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bonded shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage or service interruptions.
