Request Account DeletionHow to Delete Your Bonded Account & Data
In accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy, Bonded allows users to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data using either of two methods:
Method 1: In-App Immediate Deletion
1. Open the Bonded app on your Android device.
2. Go to Profile Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion. Your space, letters, and reflections will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If app is uninstalled)
Send an email to support@vriksha.ai with the subject line Account Deletion Request - com.bonded.app and include your registered phone number. All records will be permanently erased from our databases within 48 hours.
Common Support Questions
If you haven't received your single-use verification code, please try the following steps:
- Verify that your mobile number and country code were entered correctly.
- Wait 60 seconds before tapping Resend Code.
- Ensure your device has active cellular network reception.
- If the issue persists, email support@vriksha.ai for verification assistance.
Linking accounts is simple and secure:
- One partner creates a space during onboarding and receives a unique 6-digit invite code.
- The second partner selects Join with Code during signup and enters the code.
- Once linked, both partners will share the private space, daily reflections, and sealed letter features.
Yes, 100%. Bonded uses Google Gemini API solely for real-time, stateless analysis to generate warm companion reactions and love scores. Your private reflections are never used to train public AI models and are never shared with advertisers or third parties.
Make sure push notification permissions (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) are allowed for Bonded in your device settings. On Android devices, disable battery optimization for Bonded to ensure real-time push delivery via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
You can request complete deletion of your account, linked partner data, reflection history, and letters in-app via Profile Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@vriksha.ai. All associated records will be purged within 48 hours.
